Why Now?
There’s no doubt home values have pulled back on average since the federal reserve started aggressively hiking interest rates. This is very market specific, however, and it is unknown if we already hit bottom or if we are in for more price declines. With it being impossible to time the market perfectly, we plan to buy through the bottom to dollar-cost-average into the market over the next few years. We believe sometime in the next few years will be the best buying opportunity in single family real estate since 2010.
High interest rates also deter many other house flippers and investors - leading to less competition - which means having an all-cash offer is more powerful than ever.
